By accessing or using keeps.one (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.
keeps.one provides a platform for building, hosting, and exporting resumes using React-based templates. The service includes both free and potential future paid tiers.
You retain all rights to the resume content you input into keeps.one. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the resume building and exporting features. We do not use your data for AI training or share it with third parties without your consent.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to upload content that is defamatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
The designs, code, and "Modern templates" provided by keeps.one are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a license to use these templates to create your own resumes, but you may not redistribute the templates themselves as a standalone product.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. keeps.one shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or employment opportunities.
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
